The location is just great, a 5-minute walk from the city center. The room has everything you need, the small kitchen was pleasantly surprised! The check-in staff is very friendly and helpful. However, one day we were not delivered the required number of towels, it was a little inconvenient, and I would also like to have coffee delivered to the room in the morning, because the wool was only available on the first day, on the next two we had to ask at the registration desk. In general, the vacation was wonderful, the room is quite warm, there is a hair dryer, a mini kitchen, and the location was excellent. Thank you, we will definitely come back

We stayed in Dec 2023 and the room was clean and well maintained. There was a small stain on the hallway carpet the slightly brought down the overall impression and you can hear the trains a bit at night sometimes, but the plus side is that you are very close to Waterloo train station to quickly access the main tourist areas and the airport easily. Also the neighbourhood is less busy than being right in one of the major tourist areas so it is quieter and easier to find a nice breakfast or spot for dinner or a drink at the cute cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. For the price, really it was fantastic as a travellers hotel and we would return. The reception and staff were lovely! You are also only a short walk from the London eye, graffiti tunnel and the bridge to cross over the Thames into Piccadilly and the heart of London.
