Kitchenette useful. Hotel was near tube.

There is no parking at the hotel. Local parking restrictions meant we had to arrange our trips around the parking restrictions. We were not allowed 2 key cards, which restricted our flexibility in going out separately. Towels were very small, which would be OK for children or short people. We asked for fresh towels at Reception in the morning but had to remind them of the request at 6:30 pm because we had not received them. The window outside room 206 has a dreadful view with some kind of open pipework on the outside sill. Also a bit noisy - sounded like early morning deliveries being made to the back.

Disappointing stay at NOX Golders Green with poor cleanliness, inadequate service, and unresponsive staff

Not much. We had 3 horrible nights and extremely unhelpful staff.

Upon arrival, our family room was in a poor state of cleanliness, with a dirty floor and beds covered in black dust. The room lacked basic instructions, the only available information was on connecting to WiFi. Additionally, the curtains were inoperable. Thus the heater was behind it and couldnt turn it on unless we wanted a fire hazard. The first night was uncomfortable as we were cold and received no response from reception by telephone. On requesting cleaning the next day, we were informed of a lack of staff, leading to minimal service that included just a few towels and soap, without addressing the used teabags or removing old towels. In total, we stayed 3 days without a clean room. To make matters worse, a plumbing issue emerged in the evening when water leaked from under the sink, and the unhelpful staff could not address the problem promptly, only mentioning they would look for a plumber. Their lack of urgency and intrusiveness was frustrating, especially since we were departing the next day. The checkout process was equally unwelcoming, devoid of any basic courtesies or inquiries about our stay. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend NOX Golders Green hotel.

Had a very good time, can recommend!

Excellent location, near all the shops and very close to the underground station. Friendly helpful staff, can recommend.

The rooms are somewhat compact, but hold everything necessary. The mini-kitchen is a great addition to the room. Good value for money.

Amazing staff, perfect location and all facilities!

the hotel was very neat, extremely polite and attentive receptions, the location is superb! it was our second stay in this hotel and we will definitely come back.

Good hotel, comfortable. Clean and friendly staff

Not too far from tube station. Clean quiet, lovely very helpful staff. Lovely shower room. Excellent extras, tea coffee, milk biscuits. Plus bathroom toiletries. Iron, hairdryer even a coffee machine

A few things were disappointing unfortunately. Plug sockets on left side of bed looked as if they been burnt or melted and on the dressing table. TV didnt work either. Didnt affect our stay too much though. Duvet too small for bed. Had to turn it round. Stay in another Nox this year so disappointed a little.

Room a little cramped - a shelf (presumably to support the drop down table) was a hazard at bottom of beds. Slim daughter bruised herself negotiating the shelf!
