Very good

A delightful stay marked by a warm reception and a cozy room.

We were received with great friendliness by the person at the reception, showing availability for whatever we needed. The room was lovely and perfect for a couple. It had 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, and an area with a sofa and TV. We didn't have breakfast, but at the reception, there was juice and a snack for us to eat, which we found quite nice. After check-out, we were able to stay and work in the reception area! It was also nice! It was only one night, but we recommend it!

Superb

Great staff and great location!

Location was great, the room was a good size and the facilities in the room were good (in terms of what was there not quality) . The staff were amazing and we would come again. Very helpful holding luggage etc for us.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. It felt like the room could have done with a bit of a deeper clean and some of the facilities needed modernising as well as some of the furniture.

Close to Paddington station. Not value for money.

We chose the property for its location as we wanted to be near Paddington station as we were only there for one night before we flew out. It served that purpose well and we had easy access to the station. If you are staying longer, there are numerous locations that serve a central purpose.

Unfortunately the property didnt feel very nice. It was tired and a bit battered. The bathrooms look like they are newish and were good. It was supposed to be a two bedroom apartment but it was a one bedroom converted to two via a mezzanine level which just made it feel cramped. I felt like I was going to knock my head on both levels. The single bathroom was off the lower level bedroom and the bedroom had no door. The beds were very small. The breakfast that was included consisted of a Tesco croissant and a make your own pot porridge. I am glad we were only there for one night as it was certainly not worth the cost. Our previous London accommodation was better value for money in close proximity to this one. There are lots of locations that are great if holidaying and provide better value for money. I would go for value over this expensive location.

Very good

Great location if you need a serviced apt in London

Good location and they have everything you need. When I had a problem working the oven , the staff were great at getting it all sorted.

Bit tired in places and some furniture seemed worn.

Rooms did not match images shown. Did not meet our expectations.

The bed was comfy, which made us have a good sleep. The hotel were very kind to leave a 'Birthday' treat. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Unfortunately the rooms do not match the images shown. We were very disappointed with the room as we booked an upgrade for a special occasion but the room did not meet our expectations.

Superb

Great location - 5 min walking distance to Paddington station and 5 mins walk to Hyde park. Clean, all the necessary facilities in the room.

It was an issue with our door locker - it didn't work, so we have to ask each time staff member to open our door with their key.

Disappointing

Would not return to this hotel and would be wary of other Native hotels

Location was very good as was reception area

Pillows were awful, we had a two bedroom apartment and all eight pillows were full of lumps like resting your head on a bag of tennis balls, reception staff did arrange for better pillows for our second night but our first nights sleep was awful.
