Exceptional

As soon as we arrived, we knew we'd chosen the perfect hotel and they exceeded our expectations!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We were weary from an overnight bus from Scotland and were amazed to receive an early check in! Such a gift to us, as we expected to only leave bags until 3pm check in. The room was so spacious for family of 3, with everything we needed - charge ports, tea/coffee/kettle, hair dryer, dark room with heavy curtains. We felt instantly pampered by the amazing bathroom facilities, best shower all week! So many large quality towels and wash products. We slept so well and felt more refreshed than we had expected to for our next morning flight. Of course, the fun activities in the lobby were waiting for us in the evening, which was a fantastic chill out zone, games, drinks, snacks. You were the perfect end to our long UK trip and the reason we felt so prepared for the long flight back to Oz. Many many thanks! Oh and such an easy taxi ordering system in lobby too for back to airport. Everything was smooth.

Great hotel for an early morning flight at Heathrow

Comfortable hotel room, very clean and all amenities needed. Staff were very friendly and checkin/out was very easy. Modern hotel which is close to heathrow and perfect for an early morning flight. Note: Bus is possible but taxi is probably better to get to Heathrow terminals.

Nothing - efficient business hotel that was perfect for an early morning flight. Would stay here again.

Disappointing

Everything except the dance music that played all night long!

Moxy is amazing and I would stay again. The only downfall, and it was a big one, was that there was a dance party in the lobby all night!! I didn't realize that was part of the vibe of the hotel. I would have asked for a room far away from the lobby. I didn't sleep AT ALL!!!

Friendly staff with very quick and easy check in and check out. The location is good and it is easy to travel on a bus to and from the airport. The room was small but perfectly adequate for 2 people..

Would not stay here again.

Location to Heathrow

Extremely poor staff we had a motion light under our bed that kept going off every few minutes. We called reception and wad advised that nothing could be done until the morning and staff members were very unhelpful and had poor English. The noise levels throughout the night were loud, with upper level noise being heard and external noise form the car park. I raised this with the duty manager upon checking out and was advised that nothing can be done with no apology and attitude. Would not stay here again.
