It was clean compared to other hostels I have seen in Jodhpur.

Very bad location . Front desk staff is not warm as you usually find in hostels . Most of them do not even suggest properly where to go for shopping etc . I took a private room , bathroom seats are broken in common and private bathrooms too . Pillows are very uncomfortable. Hosteller dorms has better pillows . You can hear everyone in the private room from outside. Its quite disturbing . Location is not at all good . All other hostels are in main area. Definitely preferred .

Great property, amazing location, have to improve customer friendliness though.

The property is at a great location, right next to Mehrangarh fort. Blue city is also close by. Beds could be a little longer considering tall people like myself. Bathrooms were clean. Rooms were clean. Staff were excellent.

I missed my headphones at the property and requested the staff to take it and courier it to me. They found the headphones but isn't answering texts or calls. That's the only negative feedback I have about the property which otherwise is great.

Not a very good experience

Location is good.

We had booked an enter dorm for a day, had requested early checkin since we were arriving at ~5.30am by train. While we understand we could not be accomodated for the early checkin because of the bookings they had during the previous day, the lady at the front desk was quite rude and had zero professionalism. She does not know how to handle customers. In the entire duration of our stay there she never smiled or asked how we were doing. Is this the kind of people you recruit for the front desk customer service position? The experience left a bad memory of the place.

Great hostel with a lovely vibe, excellent facilities and super helpful staff.

Great hostel with a lovely vibe and excellent facilities. Raj & Chelsea are super friendly and were very helpful when allowing us to chill out and rest after arriving early morning after a long overnight bus journey. Rooms are spacious, clean and airy. Facilities such as a spotlessly clean communal kitchen, work space area and a very nice chill out area really make this a nice place to stay. And there's also a roof terrace where you can watch the sunset / sunrise. It's not exactly centrally located but it's within easy access of the centre of town / fort etc all for roughly RPS 50-75 ....dont pay more! ;-)

Nice place to stay in jodhpur

By far the best hostel ive stayed till now in India. -staff are like acting properly and are super helpful which isnt always the case in india. -very good price quality ratio -socia athmosphere, can meet ppl, many games, big social space, nice reastourant, rooftop -room had a washroom plus a communal one on each floor so you dont wait long for shower even when there are many people. -good location
