Glorified camping which sells itself with a good view

Location is ok, and it does have great views although thats about it

Rooms were not clean, mouldy bathrooms, sheets on the bed were very old and ripped, breakfast was very poor with little choice and property does enable to pay with anything other than cash

Its excellent ambience Calm Good quality

U hav to keep a security person at that gorgeous entry of the water falls Its so slippery Eve though we havent drunk but we had fall due to slippery at rocks but no one there even at 10 am to 7 pm for caring. So risky with kids unless we hav a notification regarding Slipping and rain water in forest. Kitchen must be on time as per scheduled

I think the property was well managed, the food options though limited, were of highest quality and standard. The host were friendly and helpful and the cottages had an amazing view overlooking part of the river.

The cottage itself. It wasnt well maintained nor it was clean. Though the management did their best, they do need to step up a bit in cleanliness and hygiene.

Amazing stay and friendly staff

The location is great. Staff is good and maintained cleanliness. The backside view is amazing. You can also walk to the small waterfall from back side.

Getting to the cottage can get tricky. Roads are not good. And not all rooms get similar breathtaking views.

The food was decent

Where to start with ... Location is distant from Munnar. You are on the river but have no real access to it. You are surrounded by forest with no trails. As the staff said "nothing to do here". Then we go to the villa you are sleeping in - old, rusty, rundown, pretty dirty. Pictures do not show the current state of the facilities. When we checked in we asked if we can pay with a card - yes, we can. At the end it turns out that they do not accept international cards.

the staff the breakfast room the scenery from my balcony overall the stay was exceptional due to the very welcoming Staff Manager and Host They did their best to serve everyday
