Lovely hotel

Staff are really friendly and go over and beyond for guests. Breakfast was great. The spa was so relaxing and lovely. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was beautiful. Everything!

There were a few hairs in the shower and a chocolate wrapper left on the floor previously to my stay. The jacuzzi wasn't working for my length of stay. But other than that, it was perfect!

Heart breaking.

I stayed at the property from the 29th December to the 31st, I have stayed here with my partner 5 times this year. We love the hotel and have shared some special memories here. Which is why we always return.

However, when returning home my card was billed again. The hotel has admitted that they are at fault for this and owe me 849. They stated that they would pay this within 2 days. It has now been 3 days and the money has still not been refunded into my account. This is heart breaking as myself and my partner have stayed at this hotel many of times. I do not want to risk being out of pocket by returning again. We share so many memories together from this hotel and this is so unfortunate that this could happen. I am now struggling to pay my bills due to not having the money in my account and the hotel hasnt offered any form of compensation.

Staff, building design, parking was easy and cheap which was a real surprise for London. The pool and spa facilities were really nice and relaxing too.

Very good tray regardless of minor hiccups

Lovely room and building design. View from the window. Room was clean, had decent amount of space. Coffee machine, teapot, home shoes and other bathroom necessities were provided. Staff was nice. Fresh water dispenser on the floor with sparkling water. Bed and pillows were comfy. For Christmas Day there was a small surprise from Santa hanging on the door handle with chocolate that kind of made up for the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night.

Toilet brush was missing - but I guess its just a London thing, since none of the visited places had one. Full blown Fire Alarm going off in the middle of the first night multiple times guaranteed sleepless night after shock. There was unpleasant smell coming out of the pillow from uncovered side, Im guessing to cover it up sheets were sprayed with detergent, strong smell which is also not very pleasant but nothing tragic. A bit far from the main attractions, however nothing new, it was already known before booking.
