Nice location, friendly staff and clean room

Location is great. Easy access to Kanda, Otemachi and even Tokyo station is 10 mins walk only. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very responsive through online messages. I like the bathtub with accurate control of water temperature The room and bathroom are very clean. My family booked two rooms and stayed 5 nights. It is great stay for us.

Not the best Mitsui

The room was very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The bathroom needed an upgrade but other than that, the room was very comfortable and had plenty of space for luggage. The staff were great, especially the reception staff and the cleaning lady.

The location is not great for tourists. This is a hotel for business people. The breakfast was mediocre compared to other Mitsui hotels. Very westernised and limited. I'd stay at the chain again but not at this hotel.

Really nice place and loving the Mitsui Garen Hotels

They were able to check us in early and it is easy to get around.

If staff could be a little bit more helpful would be great. It seems there are unsure when we have questions. But other than that they were really friendly.

The room was very thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room to lay out our suitcases and hang out clothes. The breakfast was very delicious, we really liked the variety of dishes every morning!
