Booking three small rooms for a total of around 317,000 yen for two nights. Traveling with my three children (ages 16, 15, and 13), we initially booked only two rooms. Upon arrival, however, the staff insisted on the hotel policy of allowing only two persons in one room. This meant that I had to book an additional room and sleep alone, while my two children shared a room. This arrangement was not ideal, especially since our rooms were located in different areasone on a different floor and the two others on the same floor but not adjacent. I must express my dissatisfaction with a staff member whose name starts with 'M.' She was notably unfriendly and unhelpful, and her slow work pace made the already lengthy check-in process even more frustrating. the location of the hotel was great.

Not an enjoyable stay.

Nothing.

Check in staff not efficient and with no consideration that their guests have just arrived after hours of plane or train journey and in need of a rest. They had guest passports already in their hands but still annoyingly kept repeating questions on guests names etc which had also been provided prior to arrival.

A good hotel with all one needs when traveling. Top qualities are: 1) Location - very accessible, not too far a walk from Tokyo station, near shopping centers, walking distance from Ginza; 2) Breakfast - great combination of western and Japanese, and delicious.

TV stations - limiting to Japanese language except 1-2 english speaking news channels. No access to streaming channels (e.g., NETFLIX) so at night, before going to bed, you need to opt to your mobile phones or books.
