this hotel def my cup of tea

I like the location was exceeded my expectations also how the staff is help me with the taxi booked to the airport, help me provide boxes because my luggage is full. I can't forget this trip during my stay at this hotel. everything was smooth.

A great location for shopping in Ginza with many train stations at your fingertips.

The staff were excellent. It was adequate in terms of size for Tokyo Ginza. The breakfast was reasonable. The staff assisted us in providing materials to protect goods that we were sending back home.

The room smelt of smoke when we first came in but disappeared after a few hours with the air purifier was set to work.

Location is great, room and hotel clean and modern

The breakfast is a disappointment and value for money isnt there better option outside. Hotel should have better arrangement for customer luggage not best first impression to have to go through lines of luggage just to pass by the lobby reception
