Location was good

My husband was using his IQOS in the room , they sent us a letter with a 250 pounds fine also stating that if it reoccurs they will kick us out of the hotel. They didnt even warn us about it before sending the fine!! After negotiating for 2 days they removed the fine. So be careful as IQOS & vaping is also considered smoking in this hotel.

The location is excellent, the service is very kind but very inefficient.

The service is very kind but very inefficient. We had to repeat every request several times, from asking for an extra blanket to cleaning the room even though it was marked.Also, information given to us at reception regarding meals did not match what was actually there.

Superb

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location.

We stayed in the DownTown suite with our little one and it was a perfect size for a family. The room was very calm and relaxing, and well appointed.

It was a shame that we couldnt order milk for our little one in the night as the room service is outsourced to local restaurants.

Hit and miss on experience

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location

Me and my partner stayed for new years eve and was planning on drinking in the restaurant/bar before heading down to the fireworks on the embankment but left early due to a member of staff in the bar area with blue hair who kept giving my partner bad looks and laughing at us as if we shouldn't be there or didn't belong in the hotel. Really dampened the experience and mad us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. Especially with the price you pay to stay here.
