They put deposit on hold on card and been home few days and still haven't realised it so will have to ring and chase up why.

Staff were amazing and were very helpful and kind considering the busy new years period check ins

The Bathroom in room 904 was terrible! There was a strong urine smell. The shower cubicle had mould and other ppls hair and what not in the corners. Mould in the underside of sink and just filth. Honestly I've had better conditions in less rated hotels.

Staff were lovely

There was a nasty damp smell on floor 14. Bathroom needed updating Had to step into bath for shower. Rooms very old and need updates and carpet was horrible. Staff were polite and helpful.

Loved the location and the beds were comfortable. Staff were also really nice.

The bathroom was not very clean. The window did not open meaning no fresh air. The room was a bit dark and we felt like room was slightly musty (likely due to the no fresh air). Parking was also extortionate.
