Disappointing

The room was extremely small and was about the worst room, for the price, in over 40 countries.

The accessible bathroom was quite good, the bed was comfortable. The staff were very good and service quite good.

We had booked and was charged for a higher rated room. The day before we were informed it was not available but a lesser room would be available. When we arrived we asked if this lower rated room would be at a lower charge we were informed "No it would be at a higher rate if we did not accept the rate already quoted". The room was one of the smallest rooms we have experienced in 40countries. It would be suitable for a couple for one night, but unsuitable for a couple for four nights. Although there was a restaurant advised, with the menu on your in room television, there was no restaurant. Perhaps you should remove this false advertisement.

Good for a short stay if youre visiting on business trip etc.

The location is amazing. Bed is quite comfy. Staff let us check in early as we had an early morning flight. They also let us keep our luggage in the hotel after we checked out as we had an evening flight.

Shower didnt work very well, the water pressure was bad. There was no drinking water provided in the hotel room. The room is extremely small and congested. There is no wardrobe provided or any other amenities like toothpaste/toothbrush, slippers etc.

Superb

Neat tidy and central

Very central in location shirt walk to queen st mall. Arrived very late after a cancelled flight and staff were excellent. Bed was excellent and whilst the room was smaller it was all I needed.

Rooms need regular airing it smelt slightly damp from the AC

The location and staff were friendly

The carpet and sheets seemed dirty. The bathroom smelled like mold and sewage I had to open the balcony doors to vent out the smell.

Great find. Clean, quiet & modern

Super late checkin (as in midnight) after our Sydney bound flight was diverted to Brisbane. Clean modern room. Easy 10 mmin walk to Queen St mall. Quiet loctaion.
