Will definitely come back!

Everything as per what shared in the listing. Execellent location, comfortably clean, and spacious. Kitchen fully equipped, toilets come with bath gels and shampoos. Fairly pricy, but worth the penny spent!

Will be a bit of a hassle if the elevator is out of service.

- A member of staff, Michael, was not helpful at all and never suggested anything more than what I asked. For arrival shopping and cleaning service, he was not concerned. He gave me advice to give my baby London tap water instead of proposing their grocery shopping on arrival . He didnt propose any cleaning services, and only when I asked, he simply said there was a 200 fee. I felt he didnt take care of us at all. - check-in was clear but once again, few items were not ready or were actually missing. The baby chair was missing and I had to build the cot myself on arrival. In any case, at this price, I expected someone to greet us - We found that the floors were not very clean, especially in the kitchen. - There was mould in both bathrooms. - We were not told that there were loud building noise from 8 in the morning Again, at this price I expect a lot more. A bar of chocolate and a bottle of water on arrival and self check-in is just not good enough. To finish it off, they actually send an email requesting a 5 star review when clearly this place does not deserve it. We stayed in Leicester Square at the 5 star The Londoner Hotel last Xmas. This time we chose between the apartment and that hotel. The 2 options were similar in price and location. I would definitely return to that hotel, but in the same conditions, we would not come back here again.

Spacious and well appointed apartment close to so much

Large living room that was perfect for kids, they also loved looking down at the street from the balcony. Fully equipped apartment with two full bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, easy access, washing machine, and washer and dryer, and a/c. Staff was responsive and helpful. Easy check in and out. Quiet street with great restaurants and a convenience store. Wonderful.
