Lotus has always been one of my most favourites to stay. Will I return? Unsure
I have stayed at the lotus blanc numerous times over the years and I can say the staff have always been so welcoming and friendly it is a beautiful resort but it is starting to feel a bit tiered now. The grounds are stunning and visually the pool is amazing.
It is time for then lotus to start updating In some areas, in decor just to give it a more luxurious feel. On the beach floor it feels plain when coming out of the lift there could be some paintings or some traditional khymer carvings ect, USB ports in the bedrooms would be great the hairdryers are very old now, dated slippers. The shower & toilet needs modernising add a hand shower attachment. The linen is lovely but strip the bed and the mattress protector was old and stained. The breakfast is no where of the standard it use to be, the selection is great but quality is not, the tables are not reset quickly enough, so would often sit down to no cutlery or coffee cups, not enough staff on the floor to cope to make it run more efficiently. To find someone to ask for an ice coffee or something of better quality other than the pot coffee which is not nice. Needs another waffle maker so the guys so there can always be a supply as many guests waiting for them to be cooked. Egg station is good through. The pool use to be a lovely temperature where you could relax in it for ages now it is cold so its a dip then your out. Unfortunately with the new bar next to the pool all the sun loungers have been removed on that side if he pool So limited seating to be in the sun round the pool. lotuss blanc is still a beautiful resort just needs some more attention to details to keep up with the other more newer resorts.

Beautiful resort and especially the pool and breakfast area. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The food and drinks in the restaurant were a bit pricey but in return the quality and atmosphere was quite nice.
