Very good

That fact that there is a communal area. However they need a new pool table!! or they need to get the one they have restored!! Come on guys?? the cues need to be replaced with new ones.. apart from that I'm was happy overall.

That the communal area shuts at 1am it should always be open if it's the only area we can chill in after hours

Location is great and within easy walking distance of the tube station and a 24-hour grocery store. Staff were friendly.

Room was the size of a shoebox, but that's London for you. Building smells like ammonia.
