Everything was perfect, from the staff to the breakfast and the facilities. The rook was clean, and the bed was really comfortable and the bed lining was good.

It isnt an issue, but the entrance was a bit old. That said, once you enter the facilities they much more modern.

Comfortable stay with easy access to Manhattan

Location, 2 blocks from Queensboro Plaza station good size room (by NYC standard), friendly staffs, excellent breakfast, good water pressure in bathroom

Adding warm lights to front lobby would make it looks a lot nicer.

Excellent value.

Sparkling clean, comfortable, with a great view of Manhattan. Close to the subway with a direct line into Times Square that gets you there in fewer than 15 minutes.

Neighborhood is pretty grungy. Room is extremely clean and comfortable but has zero style or character, if you care about that kind of thing.

Great hotel in Queens

The location is strategic you can easily reach two metro stations, Manhattan is very close. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. All the property was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. When we come back to NYC we will stay again in this hotel.

Our only suggestion: it would be nice to have some fruits as option for the breakfast.

Lovely stay would recommend

Our room was very comfortable with 2 kind beds, TV, fridge, coffee machine and microwave. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very nice.
