Exceptional

The clean and friendly hotel near to Manhattan

It was my second visit to the hotel, and I was satisfied. The hotel is situated about 2 minutes by walking away from the subway going directly to Manhattan (about 15 minutes to Rockefeller or Penn Station). The staff (it doesnt matter if the receptionist or room service) was amiable. The room was large and clean. I appreciate the fridge in the room, the laundry in the basement as well as the possibility to take a coffee or tea anytime in the breakfast area.

The iron proclaimed in the room description at Booking.com was missing.

Very nice hotel!

My overall experience at this hotel was good. Breakfast was nice, Im glad I added it. Room was clean and had a beautiful view on the street, AC worked very good. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The location is close to subway and to the city itself. The view from the rooftop was amazing, I wish it was a little warmer outside so I could seat there.

It was a little bit loud, I could hear other people slamming their door and that would wake me up. But everything else was great!

1st time staying here and surely be back again.

The lobby staff, kitchen cooks, and housekeepers provided a delightful and helpful experience. My hotel stay was exceptionally comfortablethe bed was cosy, the room spacious by New York standards, and impeccably clean with ample in-room amenities. The 24-hour complimentary coffee, tea, bagels, and microwave comes in very handy as well. The superb location, just a stone's throw from the city, added to the overall charm. For those seeking a quieter experience away from the bustling Manhattan, this is the perfect place to experience the authentic feel of a New York neighbourhood.

I'm pretty comfortable and satisfied with what was provided by the hotel.

Perfect location for exploring Manhattan and NYC!

The hotel is situated in a PERFECT location for exploring Manhattan and NYC! The subway station is just a 3-minute walk away and you only need to ride 3 stops to reach the Rockefeller Center. The area is nice and safe. The breakfast offered in the hotel was delicious and there were plenty of items to choose from. Tee and water were available 24/7, which was nice. Overall we were super satisfied with this accommodation!

The rooms were a bit dated. Nevertheless, they were clean and since we were exploring NYC most of the time, this wasn't really an issue. The breakfast area could get really crowded at certain hours.

It is close to Manhattan, but in a much quieter location and has a supermarket nearby. The journey to Times Square takes just over 10 minutes. Perfect location, absolutely sufficient breakfast and very nice staff.

If youre looking for somewhere more affordable to rest your head for the night, this is it. If youre wanting anything

It appeared clean. There was a tv, the bed and pillows were nice, and the room itself wasnt bad. They offered a complimentary breakfast as well.

Anytime we or anyone else used the water, shower, or toilet in the rooms, the pipes made very loud noises. The area it was in looked a little rougher and the street was just outside our bedroom window so it was also loud and made me a bit anxious.

Very good

Great location, comfortable stay, convenient breakfast, and helpful staff

The location was great and provided an easy jumping off point to enter downtown cheaply and quickly by Subway. The staff were very accommodating, and the included breakfast was a great way to start every day. The rooftop has a fantastic view of the city and the room was very comfortable. The minifridge and controllable AC were very appreciated as well.

Sound from the hallways sometimes permeated through the large gap beneath the door, but was easily solved with a towel shoved into it. Our toilet also had a fault that made it screech loudly, but when we called the front desk about it at 3am they sent someone up right away for a temporary fix, and then repaired the issue completely while we were out the next day.
