My most favorite hotel in all of Vietnam - property, room and amenities top-tier

The entire property is stunning. Every nook and crannie was spotless and well-maintained, fully stocked with all amenities you could think of, and the plentiful staff are always professional and friendly, ready to greet you or lend a helping hand. The room was pristine, the linens and bed were absolutely comfortable, and housekeeping did an impeccable job each day. I wish I could stay longer! It made us not want to leave the our room for our activities. Breakfast service was busy but had great variety of cuisines that rotated daily so as to not bore you. The views are hands down unbeatable, and the entire stay from the moment our car arrived until the moment we left was top notch service. This was by far the best hotel Ive stayed in during my month-long trip throughout Vietnam. Vinpearl Landmark didnt even come close!

Was not a fan of their restaurant for dinner service. The steak I had was flavorful but the cut was the worst Ive had anywhere. They were nice enough to sub my dish with something else but wish that experience was smoother. Rooftop pool looked pretty mundane and lacked any pleasing aesthetic like the rest of the hotel. They could use some more lighting, comfortable lounge setup, and perhaps specials during sunset to entice a livelier crowd. It was very underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed the lunch combo special there, but would have liked it if we could lounge somewhere more appealing while enjoying it. Also wish they had more than 2 elevators so getting off the lift during peak breakfast hours wouldnt take so long. Aside from those relatively insignificant details, I cant think of anything else.

It is like a 5 star hotel !

The suite is very nice, cosy and clean. Very comfortable for 5 pax even with the extra bed in the master bedroom. Still quite roomy. It has a washer and dryer but we dont have a chance to use it for just one night stay. The toilets are spacious. The hall is comfortable with proper dining table and sofa to watch our tv. The lounge area at the hotel lobby is very cosy and clean. The rooftop pool is a bit small but we love it as you can have an overview of the beach while you sip your drink.

Love the sound of waves rocking me to sleep

Love the beachfront facing room. The room is clean and lovely. I like that the hotel has a tap in front for us to wash away the sands from beach before walking into the hotel. However, it would be good if they can provide us a small towel to dry our feet. I felt bad that I wet the lobby.
