Everything about the hotel. I recommend Booking.com do not recommend this hotel for members One of the worst hotel stays ever. Hotel was poorly maintained, sinks flooded in room, light points are loose contact, no phone number directory for internal services, no room service menu, had to go hungry after late check in, no one answers 0 when dialled. Room is dampish and humid, aircon has little effect, bed sheets feels damp as well not crisp and dry as it should be. Worst experience Walked down to receptionist who was clueless, pointed me to Duty Manager, who promised to resolve everything and call me in few minutes to follow up, which he never did. Absolutely zero value for money, I wouldexpectarefund

Nice location near airport good staff OVERDUE A REVAMP!

Location and public spaces

Rooms badly needing renovated. Door frame rotted away, paintwork generally needing done, dreadful black stains all around the bath. Not one of the 3 shampoo, body wash, or conditioner filled up all empty! Teamaker not working, nor tv or sockets on one side of room, turned out to be a circuit problem.

Hi Everyone it was very warm welcoming and my pleasure to stay at Le Royal Meridien at Chennai. From the Reception till the room service is excellent. My only concern is high room rent. But I really enjoyed with your hospitality. Safe and Secure. I will surely recommend to my friends and family. All the very best guys.
