Mix feelings about my stay

The staff was cordial and they were always trying to make you feel like home.

Our room had issues in the bathroom and the lights didnt go off (we had to call the engineer to fix it every time) also, the building faced so many electrical problems that sometimes everything shot down and caused many disruptions (lifts, electrical devices or anything); I want to believe that was the cause for them to never clean our room!!! They have a bottom that says please clean or not and given the shot downs, it went off (I really want to believe it was that because they NEVER cleaned our room even if I told them in the morning please, go and clean it)

The worst experience I ever had through booking .com properties

Nothing to be liked at this property very unprofessional staff when they will cancel your booking and you will not even get to know and when you talk to them they will put your call on hold and directing from 1 department to another nd will say we can see your booking has been cancelled.

Everything including their staff unprofessional behaviour and even they don't know what they are doing.

The chefs are doing a great job as the food compensated for the size of the room.

The food was really good both at the breakfast and in room dining, room was little smaller than expected , however, the bath tub was spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and the experience was pretty smooth.

The room size could have been better.
