First and last time staying at any Laquinta.

The staff were friendly. The lobby was nice upon checking in for my stay.

After taking the elevator up to the room the floor smelled of urine and dirt. The carpet was dirty. Open the door to the room the first thing you notice is old outdated dirty carpet and the walls were dirty. We spent 4 nights constantly killing big cockroaches. The shower head had so much white crust on it. There was a couple fighting in the middle of the night.

The person checking us in was very friendly and nice.

The breakfast was pitiful. Brown fruit, waffle batter wasnt put out. The milk and juices were warm and had just been sitting out on the counter for hours. The coffee tasted terrible. The front desk person on the day we checked out was rude and barely looked up from her phone to answer a question.

They deserve a ZERO. Seems like they have fake reviews.

Its near to the eating joints

Our stay was included with breakfast and there was absolutely nothing. No coffee No milk few bagels with 3 packs of small Jam. No butter. Main desk didnt had an answers for that. He said just he just came in so he dont know. There were about 20 people waiting. it was so disappointing and frustrating that you paid for breakfast and there is nothing in the morning.

Bed is comfortable, clean towels. Even with the breakfast problem the frontdesk and and Brandon tried to calm everyone down but IT HAS SOMEONE TO BLAME ABOUT THE WORST FOOD STORAGE PREPAREDNESS!!!!

There was only bread, boiled eggs, grape jam, powder milk. NO coffee (ran out in 2hours) , no butter for the bread, no cereal, no milk, orange juice (ran out), no yogurt.no more eggs (ran out) THEIR EXCUSE: due to the holidays, delivery was delayed! BS!!!! A good organization should have the things for the guest prepared properly! It is a holiday, SO PREPARE YOURSELVES TO GET MORE PEOPLE!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! DISAPPOINTED!!!!
