I received a text message upon arrival (flight from Europe) that the credit card I used for reservation was being declined. The agreement was I pay on site, and also that I would arrive between 19:00 and 20:00. When we got to the hotel, the room that were given, was not cleaned, or of it was it was clearly used again! We were offered a new room but this was clearly a shock! Hamptons were traditionally a favorite of mine, something has gone wrong in recent years... seems like they are not maintained also, paint was peeling in bath room, rusted items...

Good location, good rooms, doubletree close by for bar and restaurant

The room and room facilities were good as was the double walk-in shower

Passable

Not what I was expecting hence the low scores, it was just too basic.

It was close to the airport and had a free airport pick up service

Vert basic hotel, no restaurant, extremely limited self service breakfast with paper plates and plastic cutlery which is all disposed of after use in one big bin with all the food waste.

Disappointing

Shameful amounts of waste are being produced at the Hilton Hampton group! Change this! Make sustainability a priority!

Clean, close to the airport, staff friendly

I cannot believe how in these days a hotel from the Hampton/ Hilton group can seriously offer plastic cutlery, cups, paper plates etc. just our breakfast produced so much waste! It is very shameful and I felt awful about it. The group should make sure to offer sustainable solutions. We have the knowledge and know we need to use resources wisely, nevertheless on such a large scale, Hilton/ Hampton group is wasting resources at a large scale. Reconsider! Reusable plates, buttery and cups are standard in most third world countries but in the United States of America such wasteful behaviour is happening! Change this asap! I can only repeat myself, it is shameful not to!

The property is clean, is good value for money, has good staff members that give you a lot of attention. The hotel is also very close to a lot of eating areas, and is very close to the international airport also.
