Cozy and friendly place :)

The staff was very helpfull. Dika, Guiseppe and Lorenzo are amazing <3 . Great location, the sourronding area is quiet but full of options to eat . The tube station is near...just a few minutes :) We'll be back, for sure ;)

I recommend this hotel to all single women traveling alone. The surrounding environment in this area is safe and clean. I was impressed by the kindness and friendliness of the two hotel managers. I like the breakfast very much.

A great value hotel perfect for grabbing a weekend exploring London.

Room was as expected - basic. It was exceptionally clean and the twin beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was tight on space but ok for a weekend stay, it was clean with plenty of loo paper, towels and toiletries, and the shower was warm. The room was at the front so there was a constant flow of traffic noise, but you zoned out to it after a while. The partition walls between next doors room was however, very thin and subsequently disturbing, luck of the draw as to what your neighbours are like I guess! The hotel itself was well placed in Hampstead, easy to find and easy to walk from station to. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was basic continental but you could help yourself to as much or as little. Fresh fruit and juice, really quality yoghurts, basic ham and cheese, nice bread, croissants and cereals, etc.

It sufficed

location was nice, it feels away from the madness but close enough to the attractions, restaurants, shops if that's what you are after. Staff were nice when they were there.

bed was tiny, 1,20 perhaps for a double room!! windows were dirty inside and out. it felt a bit dated and cramped. Houdini like contortions getting in and out of the shower. I was alone thank god, if my other half had been able to join it would of been uncomfortable in that tiny space

Great location, no frills decent value b & b

Great location for seeing London, feels like you are miles away in the village when its just 10 minutes walk to Hampstead tube and 15 mins from Euston. The heath and pubs are lovely and Highgate a short bus ride away. B & B nice staff, very basic rooms but ok value with continental breakfast .

La Gaffe was everything I hoped for and more!

La Gaffe is perfectly placed within the heart of Hampstead. Restaurants, shops and the underground are all just moments away. Coffee at breakfast was awesome.

Very little that I didnt like. Finding our room in the dark was challenging until we got to know the route. A surface in the bathroom for wash bags etc. would have helped.
