Superb

A great hotel with all the basics you need and the most hospitable, friendly team who are only happy to go the extra mile to help. My stay was warm and welcomed! The security guard at the gate is friendly and only eager to guide me when I needed help. The receptionists were always happy to answer questions and make things happen for me. Ian, one of their drivers, is an absolute gem. He is patient and knowledgeable about Kenya and the area. He is so wonderful to chat to and the best guide of Nairobi. Ruth, who showed me to my room and made sure I had everything I needed, is kind and went above and beyond. The food at the restaurant on the top floor was delicious, generous in portion size and affordable. Judi was assisting me at the restaurant, and man, what a friendly, helpful, easy to chat to soul! I'd highly recommend Kozi and their incredible team. It felt like home away from home. Thank you

Good location for airport, comfortable room but needs aircon.

Very comfortable room and bed. Very close to JKIA airport.

Room was exceptionally hot as no aircon.

Outstanding hotel, value, and perfect location to the airport.

This hotel was new, clean, and an amazing value. The guest services were EXCELLENT! The area where the hotel is located is a bit deceiving, but I'd stay again in a hearbeat! What a great experience this hotel was!

The room did not have a telephone so if you need something you have to go down stairs.

Superb

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. Staff are helpful. Proximity to the airport, but not too much noise either. Perfectly comfortable spot for a layover or early flight.

Great location if you want to be close to the airport, very helpful staff too but the facility is an architectural disas

The location is top notch, very close to the airport and the staff were pleasant too.

The attached Kitchenette to the rooms were quite useless and unnecessary, it has everything except a cooker and cooking wares which renders it useless and just taking room space. The toilets were too small and a bit uncomfortable.

The staff is efficient and communicates very well through emails and telephone. The facility is close to the airport and very convenient for transit passangers. The onsite restaurant serves good food, and the rooms are comfortable.

No aircon units in the rooms.

Neat, clean, close to airport for transit. Efficient staff, complimentary water. Better than expected.

One of our rooms had a very very strong damp smell which made sleeping difficult, lots of noise from other guests, doors slamming etc . The bathroom is fairly cramped
