After two nights of travel with no sleep I stayed at this hotel in transit to the bang and clatter of pipes popping. An
Pipe broke to stayed awake all night listening to that. No accomodations for that disruption.

We have stayed here before and had a better experience the 1st time than this 2nd time. There is little wrong with the hotel - rooms are a good size and comfortable. The restaurant is open 24hours a day and there a few healthy options available. The staff are polite. The complimentary shuttle from the airport is very helpful.
We had requested an interconnecting room as we have 2 small children and I had clarified this a couple of days before arriving. I was told this was noted. Upon arrival, the request was not fulfilled and no additional gesture was offered to compensate us for the trouble this caused. A complimentary dessert for the children or a beer on the house would have been a nice touch for returning customers who were let down slightly.
