Close the the airport and easy check in and check out. Comfortable stay for an airport hotel

Shuttle wasn't at arrivals despite having booked it and confirmed with the hotel. But they sent one out as soon as we contacted them.

Good for an airport transfer but otherwise go into town.

Standard international hotel with all the comforts you would expect:

The value was very poor. Seems way over-priced compared to other options in town. Breakfast was also very pricey.

Very convenient to JKIA bit way overpriced for what you get.

So convenient to the airport and the expressway.

No cutlery or any kitchen items yet a full kitchen is provided in the suite. No ability to order an a La carte room service for breakfast. Front desk staff at checkout werent super friendly. Also didnt have our airport shuttle reservation in the system.

I did not like that when we arrived at 10:30am we were not allowed to have breakfast even if we explained that the next day we have two leave at 3am and will miss breakfast.

Good and comfortable facilities

Staff didnt help my disabled wife find her room. Noisy repair works were being carried out above the ceiling of our room. Cleaner left the door of the room open after finishing cleaning the room.
