Superb

Except for what I didnt like which I mentioned above, it was nonetheless still a lovely holiday and hopefully the pool

so many restaurants, 3 pools, beach and the SPA!

Just 2-3 member of the staff who had very tired and annoyed look and the cleanliness of the pool. My daughter had a small cut in the pool (South pool).

We will be coming back.

Everything! The location was secluded so less hectic than Patong beach. The facilities well kept and clean. Im most impressed with how out dietary requirements were met as Im gluten intolerant and my cousin is vegan. All the restaurants within the resort were happy to create us whatever we requested. The rooms are roomy and the bed/pillows extremely comfortable.

There is nothing to complain about.

Excellent and unforgettable!

I absolutely loved everything about this stay at the JW. Especially the birthday decorations really made me surprised! Unbelievably helpful staff who were so generous with every request. I so want to go back soon.

Would have been great if breakfast was included in that price.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The hotel food options were extensive and of high quality, especially Ginja which was absolutely out of this world. For families, this was an excellent hotel because of the kids swimming pool and kids club that had great activities planned for the kids to keep them occupied the entire day.

TVs in this day and age should have the usual apps, like Netflix, Disney etc installed on them. Been to hotels that have this feature on their TVs and you can just sign via your account and then once u check out, the system is reset for the next guest.
