- More than 30 days before travel: 30% of the total package cost
- 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost
- 14 days or less / No-show: 100% of the total package cost
The Company is not obligated to provide refunds for services that are partially used or unused for any reason.
Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Company and will be processed within 30 business days after the deduction of applicable charges and third-party fees.
