- 14 days or less / No-show: 100% of the total package cost
- The Company is not obligated to provide refunds for services that are partially used or unused for any reason.
- Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Company and will be processed within 30 business days after the deduction of applicable charges and third-party fees.
