Lounge was good.

Very disappointed with the room. The smoking room was very smelly. It was not the cigarette smell but dam smell.

The smell at the entrance was a bit too strong! No unisex jacuzzi.

It was a pleasant stay with above-stated setbacks

Location at lobby ideal but too crowded and decor and setting needs to be more environment and client friendly. More space required and comfort in terms of seating arrangements. Setting of the breakfast bars also needs clearer setups. Service dodo needs revamping I terms of waitress etc..

I disliked the services at the 24 hour restaurant and food ordered was not to the level expected. A waitress was even using plaster on her finger on whilst serving a salad so unhygienic and not at all attractive to me as a foreign client. The service was slow and worse the area was dirty with dirty tissue even under our table. Great room for improvement

Safe, clean, all good.

Room is very big. The style is a bit old fashioned in luxurious way, but all good. Breakfast has more types of food you could possibly hope for. For dinner you have multiple options. The pricing is not cheap by Indian standards, but normal compared to regular western rates.

The Indian food offered in the buffet was not bad, but it was not excellent either. On the other hand, there were a considerable selection of western dishes, Indian, all sorts. But not really anything that blew my mind.

Wonderful experience. Breakfast and bed were the highlight.

Loved the bedding and lighting in the room. Gala breakfast was too good. Excellently arranged. The organisers require a special mention because they chose an appropriate sized hall knowing the crowd at hand. Excellent selection of food for every palate and taste was excellent too.

The room size and bathroom felt a bit congested. Had no response over phone while trying to contact for some table salt in the room.
