The Inn at Playa del Rey was the perfect temporary HQ for our visit to the Los Angeles area.

The breakfasts were delicious and a good way to start each respective day. My sister and I both looked forward to them so much so that I took to sneaking down to the dining room in the evenings to read the board listing the following morning's breakfast menu.

Road traffic (Culver Blvd.) was noisier than I expected. Heater in room made a lot of noise.

Large hotel near Venice but away from the hustle and bustle of LA!

Amazing hotel thats not far from the Marina and Venice Beach but amazingly manages to get away from the hustle and bustle of LA life! Very spacious rooms with balcony overlooking fields! Breakfast was small but plenty. Free parking offered which is incredibly rare for LA! Staff very friendly and made me feel welcome and at home!

Well located with large rooms, stay in a back room but not a street fronting room.

Location was good, close to the airport and access to the beaches. Breakfast was simple but ok for the size of the place.

Our room was on the street front and loud car noises were disturbing.

Suitable breakfast. Perfect location for me because I have relatives who live up on the hill. Reception lacked the hospitable element from past stays at this venue. Staff could benefit from proper training in hospitality and etiquette.

it was so well decorated, so welcoming. Room was perfect. view was tranquil. great location near restaurants and beach. great bike/walking trail just few minutes walk. staff incredible. Happy hour and breakfast very well sorted. lots to choose from. loved our stay.

Wonderfully relaxing stay after transatlantic flight.

We just didnt know anything about the area and were pleasantly surprised. It was conveniently close to the airport. Clearly, the choice of restaurants etc. is limited, but it was easy to get around, and we especially enjoyed the easy access down to the beach and the bicycle path. The property itself was very nice and clean, kind of quaint, the staff were friendly and helpful. We will come back. And free covered parking!

Relaxing and easy.

Location and staff!!! This property is close to LAX but you dont feel like it. Walking distance to beach. And the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They make you feel right at home.

Our balcony needed a little repair. Wish they had some streaming or premium services (i.e., Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc).
