Very good

Clean and welcoming for an overnight stay with an early start, maybe not for longer stays

Booked this place for value and location - needed somewhere close to Heathrow night before an early flight. I usuallly book one of the chain hotels in Hounslow for the tube access but none available as it was new years eve. Single room with shared bath was perfectly accepatable, although the room was small it was comfy and pleasant, and the shower/toilet was close enough on same floor. Overall the hotel was clean, bright and nicely decorated - felt welcoming and the desk staff were welcoming.

It states there is a 24 hour desk, and you need to ring door bell to get in the main door, there is no access with your room key. I had to wait several minutes at check in after buzzing several times along with other waiting guests which was frustrating. I called the number on the app and no one answerewd. Someone came when I banged loudly on the door and they were very apologetic and friendly and helpful, but it made me nervous no one would be there to let me in if I camer back late, but this was not the case. The room was hot for sleeping although radiator was off, but there was a window to open. My sleep was disturbed a few times with doors banging from other rooms using the adjacent shared bathroom.

I would stay here again, it would be fine for a night or two. Excellent stopover to/from Heathrow airport.

Great location close walk to the tube station, easy from Heathrow airport. Restaurants and cafes close by.

The single room was very small.

An enjoyable stay!

The hotel is very well located: 5/10 min from Hounslow tube station and high street. Shops, cafes, banks, Lidl, Aldi, restaurants are walking distance. Staff is very nice and helpful especially the manager. Rooms are very clean and beds are quite comfortable. Very good value for money. I was also able to use a microwave to warm up food. There is a car park that we used for free which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend the place for a short stay. Many thanks.
