Its a bad resort, the staff is extremely rude and uncooperative and the food is awful.

Superb

Our rooms were good, but experience after reaching hotel was not good.

Stay was good

When we reached the hotel, the hotel person didn't even know there was a booking by us..he said all rooms are full. Then after showing the payment details he gave us another room in nearby hotel.

Good stay at reasonable price

The hospitality. The staff were really comfortable

I was charged additional 500 for 3 cups of milk for the kid and two egg omlette ( they were ordered extra) even though I opted for a package that includes breakfast.
