Disappointing

Staff where very nice that's about it Rooms very small bed isn't comfortable room was very dusty and had people next door listening too loud music all night. Breakfast the bacon was very very cold and like leather. Would not recommend

Location great, upgraded to darling harbour view, was lovely. Rooms were a little tired but ok. As an older couple the addition of even a single lounge chair in room would have been great for comfort

Great location

The hotel is just tired looking, the rooms are old with old carpet and really need work. Musty smell It took over half hour to check in, absolutely ridiculous. Long line and no staff. Same with waiting on a drink from bar. No room service

Very good

Wonderful location with our room overlooking Darling Harbour. Very close to Melbourne Exhibition Centre, the light rail station and the ferry to get to Circular Quay. Really welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Great outdoor balcony area to enjoy an evening champagne while looking at the lights. We were able to pop next door to the Novotel for Dinner in the evening. Altogether a great few days. Can't wait to go back.

Our room was colorful and cute and comfortable. The bathroom, while clean, was definitely showing its age!
