Not bad !

The location is basically in JFK Airport so its very convenient to catch my plane. The room was nice. The beds were comfy.

What I actually didnt like was when I tried to call housekeeping, and the front desk with my room phone, it doesnt go to the actual front desk or housekeeping. It goes to an answering service that does not answer their lines. I literally called housekeeping twice and spent over 50 minutes on hold called the front desk once and spent 20 minutes on hold, but it technically wasnt the hotel. It is their answering service which they need to find a new one because its definitely going to affect their reviews as It did mine. So I had to leave my room go down to the front desk personally because my room did not have the toiletries that were supposed to be there I will say when I brought this to the attention of the front desk they were very courteous and prompt, and I had my toiletries within minutes.

Fair

$25. 00 for breakfast was a bit much, considering how many people pass through the hotel. Also, security measures are ok...but needed to be explained, and I am with it ..but don't say it's the key fob not working.

Deposit problem

Big and clean room and bathroom, huge windows, coffee machine, comfortable bed, nice design.

They asked 532 dollars as deposit for one night and after 2,5 weeks they paid it back. However at the reception they promised, I will get back immediately when i leave the room.

Seemed run down, the windows in our room were stuck open so heard traffic all night, the shower was not clean. The room and floor we stayed on seemed to be newer but the price was insane for such a dated hotel.

I will not stay there again.

All of the staff I asked gave me the wrong information. There is no food available for breakfast and nothing for lunch except for one restaurant. The main outside entrance had garbage outside, stains in the sidewalk. For a Hyatt it should have been cleaner.

No valet parking, no bellboy, and no assistance.

It was rain very hard that night and the clerk was very rude. Told me to park my car on the outside parking lot. Leaving me to walk back to the hotel in the stormy rain. Not only did I get wet but so did my clothes...
