Our stay was pleasant and wed stay at Hyatt again

The front desk clerk was excellent she accommodated all my needs and addressed my concerns and made my emergency stay a blessing and I was at peace and had a much needed rest.

Only that room 1553 housekeeping did not clean but Lyric immediately addressed concern and provided room 926 to accommodate our needs and a complimentary dinner!

I was stolen , someone entered my room and stole my Burberry bag where my bracelets, money and passport were inside , i report it to police and they came for investigation , they told me one of the guest found the passport and they gave it to me at 11 pm I cant explain the feeling of insecurity in a hotel like this which is located near the nationel airport I spent a horrible night thinking how i can go back to my country I usually put a sign dont disturb however i found it removed and someone went inside my room and cleaned it and stole my bag Staff lost approx 8 thousand dollars I dont recommend anyone to go to this hotel as its not secured I tried to call the GM Dana who is living in same hotel without any hope I tried to Call Anika the head of operations with no luck Only one Saudi person who was fully supportive who was following up No cameras in floors and anyone can enter your room anytime I asked for the log of keys of those who accessed my room but they said its only to be given to police I will follow up with the police until i receive the investigation and the report

Short but sweet!

The airport shuttle was great and the staff friendly. When I arrived I was quite Ill and the staff helped me to my room, asked if I needed additional assistance. While assured them I would be ok, they sent around security to check on me after a few minutes. That was reassuring. By morning I was fine and went on with the trip to Boston.

Fun and enjoyable

The close proximity to various restaurants, the metro station and the airport. Everything was clean and the check in/out processes were quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and greeted us everytime we walked in and out of the lobby.

Great short stay hotel close to DCA

Good location for getting to Reagan in the morning, not so good for public transport from Dulles or into DC but Ubers were plentiful so no massive issues. Clean, tidy, as expected. Airport shuttle was very helpful.

Location to get into town. The idea of getting free water but only if you are a member. This should be expected I feel.
