Comfortable stay with a first rate staff

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had to check out of another hotel so this hotel felt like a real oasis. Brunch was next level. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, Anchel was wonderful .

An okay stay, could have been much better for the price they charge.

The property ambience, house keeping staff, and a few restaurant staff. The food was fine, not the finest of Hyatt's and other premier hotels. Overall, an okay stay, and not worth the money.

The room service: you have to request a few times before they complete the requests, and sometimes, they don't even do it or forget to do it, intentionally or unintentionally. The bathroom slider was missing in the washroom for taking a bath. The room was smaller compared to other Hyatt Hotels.

It was good

Location was so so and the roads nearby are broken and dusty and also no decent market at walking distance.

I am still waiting for the mileage of my stay. The person at the counter said we will sent still nothing came except the usual advertisement. If you think only of the hotel and not the people who come to stay this is very bad way of doing business.
