Very good

Breakfast was good-Aurelia was an excellent and very positive staffer. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was excellent.

They only provide 3 towels for a room registered for 6 people. Our toilet in the bathroom quit working. We were expecting a sofa in the room for our kids to sleep on; it was only a chaise.

One of the cheaper hotels (but not cheap) at The Wharf. The hotel is a maze, and the rooms are basic.

A hotel maze between parking garages and adjoining hotel. Beds just okay. Bathroom just okay. Nothing special.

Excellent location but service is average

Location was great

We made the reservation for three people, including two beds and a sofa bed. This is how it was written in the reservation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, there was no sofa bed and they told us that there was no sofa bed available in any room. So we had to accommodate ourselves that way. But it seems incorrect on the part of the hotel that, given that the reservation was made with a sofa bed, when we arrived there they told us that there was none and in the following days there was no attempt to make our stay more comfortable.
