Loved everything about it except the housekeeping service.

The location, the view and the rooftop

Housekeeping does not clean per day only until you check out. I called twice for the service and never cleaned.

Just an amazing stay. Wonderful breakfast options and big rooms, close to transport.

So close to the PATH train to take us into Manhattan, leaving us in downtown at WTC where we could get on the subway uptown if needed

We loved everything about the property.

Overpriced and badly organized but beautiful views, nice location and clean

The location is great with amazing views.

Its very noisy and not well insulated. Our biggest struggle was the breakfast. There are not enough seats to eat and from 8am you can expect to queue up for at least 30min. The food is quite simple and they frequently run out of cutlery. House keeping is only every 3rd day and you need to order it. We needed 3 attempts for the house keeping to actually show up. Also we booked a studio with a sleeping sofa which was not prepared when we arrived. The sleeping sofa is also not good enough to sleep on for 8 nights. All together the hotel is quite badly organized and managed and considering we paid almost 600 a night that much mismanagement is not acceptable.

They stay was awesome and with great views.

The price was great and the location even better. Non City rates and just a ferry to Manhattan.

The only thing I didnt like was there was no pool or hot tub, but thats just a personal preference.

It was a great stay in this hotel and will consider to come back.

The location is great for traveling to New York City. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfy. The breakfast has many options to choose.

When we were back to the room from the trip, the room was not locked after the staff just cleaned our room.

Fantastic location, the views onto new York were amazing. Overall loved the hotel.

The reason we did not give 9 or 10/10 was bcause on the second night at 1130 pm we were woke up by a repeating blaring alarm saying: 'An alarm has been raised, dont panic, stay in your room'. This went on for about 30-40 minutes. When it finally stopped, there was no explaination from the hotel about why it had come on. In the UK the only alarm that exists in hotels are fire alarms, which just mean get out the building (and most of the time its because someone burnt some toast), this kind of alarm seemed a lot more serious and the duration of it made us feel very unsafe. If the hotel could send a short explaination through the speaker at the end it would have made us feel a lot more safe. We asked the next day and apparently it was a false alarm. This was the only thing that was bad, the hotel, the staff, everything else was exceptional. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in, in a long time.

Great breakfast with an amazing view

The location was excellent especially for the view of Manhattan you can see from above. The rooftop was a nice surprise. Breakfast was very good and the staff was always nice. Our room was nice and spacious, it would be awasome if it had also a view on the city.

The air conditioning in the common areas was always on and very cold! The bathroom of the room was nice, but it has some flaws such as the lack of hand shower and places to hang the towels. We had a little problem with the room cleaning service since they should came after 3 days, but it didn't happen and we've been told they would come the following day, but again it didnt happen.
