Great location!

Great location, not far from the Royal Albert Hall. The bed was comfy and the room was also clean. The staff were very kind.

The room was very small and the window was completely obscurred and we couldn't open it much, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. I realise I should have looked at this information before I booked though so I can't fault the hotel on this. I would just make sure you're clear on the size of your room before booking.

Fabulous hotel

Location, friendliness, spotlessly clean Staff went above and beyond, if you needed anything, myself and my daughter stayed in a lovely room, it suited us to the ground, it was cosy , had everything you needed in it , bed was comfortable,would highly recommended this hotel, Definitely coming back again

There is nothing we didnt like about the hotel , it would be a good idea to if there was an iron , in the room, everything else was superb

Colourful, friendly, comfortable. Everything we needed for a short citybreak.

The room and main areas were colourful and memorably decorated, it was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, it was really clean, shower was good, nice lighting in the room and easy to control, and good wifi. Staff were all helpful and welcoming with a service-focus. And it was in a perfect location for Royal Albert Hall. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Hux team!

We were shocked at the cost of 2 large glasses of red wine in the bar. Maybe just London prices, but worth a check of the cost beforehand to avoid surprises.
