Very poor

Cold, dank, musty rooms. Bad customer service from the management.

The rooftop bar and pool was nice. The location was good.

Our room smelt damp and musty. The bedding smelt damp too. There was an open drain from the sink (maybe why the room smelt?) which was very noisy especially when running the sink to wash hands after using the toilet at night. We complained and asked to move rooms after the first night but were told by the manager the hotel was full. She offered to put a dehumidifier in the room. We complained to another member of staff after trying the dehumidifier for a few hours and it still smelt as bad in the room. We also couldnt hear the TV with it on. That member of staff offered another room, but when shown it, it smelt damp too. The next morning, we checked out and moved to The Clan hotel for our last 2 nights, which was a world apart, with 5 star facilities and service and lovely fresh rooms. We wish wed gone there instead from the start.

Perfect location, bad hotel and hospitality.

Location is perfect next to food market and close to MRT and Marine Bay Sands shopping mall and hotel.

This is an outdated hotel. Old beds, old airconditionming and run bij not hospitality mined people. Before I went to the hotel I read some bad reviews and asked the hotel about that. They answered me that they take this very serious but in fact they do not do that. The location and building have everything to become a great place but at this moment it is just not OK.

Brilliant stay at the Telegraph Hotel...

Really loved the room (Balcony Suite), and the overall service from the hotel. The roof top pool was fantastic - we didn't experience anything like some of the other reviews. It was a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the street. Best part was it was right next to the street food market and 'satay street' - so it was a good place to eat each night for late night snacks. Overall brilliant.

Really have nothing to say - we ended up coming in the front entrance so had to carry our own bags, but if you come in the side entrance where the car pull in is, there would be someone to help for sure.

Excellent location situated next to Lau Pa Sat

Late check out charges were extortionate. We were allowed to use the pool facilities in order to change before our flight but there was only the outdoor shower by the pool for us to use. A dedicated changing area would have been perfect.
