Great and kind staff.

The hotel wasnt clean, we paid for breakfast yet we didnt eat only asked for bottles of water and they charged us. Really bad place to stay.

Location

Services were very poor. Rooms weren't clear. You could see spider webs here and there. No warning for insects that are attracted by light. Room heater charges were asked even when the same was not mentioned in the guide lines. Booked with free breakfast but denied.

Rooms were spacious and clean but restaurant service were not good.limited food items and usually room service was denied by restaurant

Breakfast and dinner buffet menu not upto the mark .crockery in which food served were not clean..restaurant services not upto mark..if you order they usually denied that services not available ..not upto 4 star hotel standard
