    At the time of check in rooms were clean.24 hours hot water facility. Hotel location is good. Hotel staff is very kind and well behaved. Very co-operative staff
    Room service is not that good. Bathrooms were chocked in some rooms and staff was unavailable to resolve the issue. Did not provided Complementary tea. Did not provided the daily bed roll change.

    1. Staff were helpful although we had to request few things several times before it was done. 2. Good hot water pressure. 3. Bed were relatively comfy 4. Aircon was effective and room was decent size 5. Close to basic amenities
    1. I booked 2 rooms with family, one of the rooms had a broken window and it was no help at keeping noise, insects or air pollution out of room. I had to request to change the following day which was done but after a few follow-ups with the staff. 2. Bed had what looked like dirty bedsheets. Had to request several times before it got changed. 4. Very strong Phenolic smell in the room as the staff placed naphthalene balls at various corners in the room probably to keep out small ants / insects. 5. The hotel is on extremely busy street..the traffic honking goes pretty much all night..beware of street dogs..there are quite a lot of them in the area 6. The hotel has 1 elevator that can barely fit 2 people specially if you have luggage. We travelled light and had 1 pc each but still required 2 trips.
