Very nice hotel, room is in Japan style. Close to JR station (we had a JR pass and it was easy to travel in Tokyo and around). There are 2 nice restaurants: japan and french. There were wine glasses in the room, which is nice. Good service.

Amazing visually aesthetic place, really worth going. Loved the breakfast

The staff was amazing, very friendly and they remembered everything I would like to have for breakfast after day 1. Also, when I arrived I asked for the IC suica card. Apparently the there is a shortage on the chips for these cards, but they got me a different card to travel by subway. Worth mentioning, well done! Also, the aesthetics of the place are really nice. Really calming. Breakfast is also good, they actually bake the croissants on the spot.

There was no roomservice at the time of my stay, they said it was not avalaible just for now. Not sure if this was out of the ordinary, but I value ordering roomservice. Especially if I work in my room.
