Excellent hotel, clean and efficient. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help. I would suggest everyone opt for club facilities which came in handy for us.

I got food poisoning on my last day there from something I had at breakfast. This meant that I was unable to do anything on my last day there apart from rest in the room. The hotel does not have access to an in house doctor and I would have to make my way to a local clinic. This would have been very inconvenient. I therefore opted to rest at the hotel and my son who was travelling with me ate some lunch and dinner at the club lounge which was a big help.

Wonderful

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Central location and a short grab drive away from anywhere we wanted to go. Our room was amazing, we stayed in the suite and had an amazing view and loved all of the amenities. We almost regretted making plans to visit other parts of Vietnam because we wanted to stay here longer!

Very short, yet extremely pleasant stay

The staff was friendly, the rooms were modern with vibrant colors, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The design of the open bathroom concept was not our favourite. Lots of sharp edges which can be dangerous if water is on the floor making it extremely slippery. Maybe not the best choice if you have kids running around the room. Then again this is just our perspective :) nevertheless the bathroom is top notch, its just the layout that we found different to other hotels.
