A nice hotel in a great area but with limited facilities.

The location was really good - very close to the metro station. The area around was great with noodle bars/shops and facilities. The drying room was really useful.

The staff could not speak any English and were unable to help with some of our needs. The breakfast was poor in terms of choice for westerners. The rooms were lovely but very very small for the price.

Disappointing

Service was bad, location was great, rooms were tiny.

We love the proximity to MTR, Tsujiki Market. The room decor, main lobby was nice. At least the room with 3 beds, toilet and bath, sink were all separated. But, my kids were not used to the bath area as its the type where the whole room gets wet.

The rooms were tiny, making it hard to move around as the beds took up most of the space. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all, before or during the trip. We booked everything ourselves and figured the MTR out.

Good location, but not comfort mattress.

Good location, nice architecture.

For me mattress very hard not comfort like same range of hotel, I cannot sleep in almost night, Moreover my kid found small used vibrator on the top of headboard and asked me what is it :( , anyway other cleaning is ok. For breakfast it last late on 9.30 am. (Close 10.00 am) I arrive with my kid 9.31 but staff not agree, I also beg her then she consent with her moody face. This hotel don't have bellboy, you have to carry everything to your room by yourself. For staff, many staffs at font very good service, but one staff that last day checkout he look don't have service mind, even "thank you" word did not release from him.
