It was an okay stay, we wouldnt recommend it on any busy times of the year however the facilities were amazing and the

The facilities were amazing, most of the staff were super friendly and helpful and it wasnt too far from the centre of Amsterdam. Rooms were super comfortable and the views were amazing.

We went during NYE and they had put us in the room right opposite the bar meaning we heard music all night when trying to relax, along side this did not let us into the bar during NYE or give us any help regarding this noise. During NYE, some of the staff were not allowing us onto the first floor of the building for 5 minutes to take pictures even though we were already staying In the hotel. Which we found crazy due to the fact we were already paying to stay.

Amazing beautiful place !! Close to the center. Incredible architecture!

Spa : no clear indication upon arrival on how to use the upstairs changing rooms - actually you need a card to be given @ the entrance to use the lockers. Room isolation : we could hear room neighbors arriving late @ night.

This hotel was outstanding. Fantastic location, quality staff, quality service, the food is excellent, beautiful interior design, amazing facilities the list goes on.
