The hotel was nice, but a few touches [like having a decent restaurant] would have enhanced our stay

free breakfast was very good. The staff at the breakfast place [Jose and his wife, Encida] were very gracious and pleasant. They are really upbeat

bar could have been open. Although the hotel gave away discount coupons to get delivery from Grubhub, it would have been nice to have a real restaurant on the premises

Spacious, clean, modern, family facilities great.

Replenishments only topped up upon request. Cleaning only on request. Some of the reception desk staff not very friendly.

Spacious, quiet, warm and well equipped room, good wifi, nice relaxed feel. Close to public transport. I appreciated there being a gym on the premises. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Stronger coffee would have been appreciated!

Good, I'd stay again.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant; the room was clean and offered a lot of amenities.

Scrambled eggs were inedible (for me), otherwise the breakfast was good; parking underground at night was a little creepy; the pool was too cold for me and others said the same.

Superb

Spacious and comfortable room and especially bathroom. Staff was very friendly. I liked swimming in the pool though it wasn't heated, but I will swim in anything practically. It would have been perfect if the pool heating were working properly. I really like Homewood Suites and will probably look to book at these type places going forward.
