It was good.

Good location and parking was close. Rooms were quiet.

Room cards wouldnt work on elevators. Computers werent working in business center all week. Met person with growling pit bull in elevator which was scary. Didnt realize pets were allowed. Coffee was not hot in dining room or front lobby.

Comfortable and convenient

The location of this hotel is great. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The morning of checkout the hotel decided to test their fire alarm system at 10am. I called the front desk asking if I could get a late checkout and the person I spoke to said theres a fire in the building, everyone is downstairs. Instead of saying no or were not offering late checkout they basically said the message stating this is a test was false. Checkout is at 11am so I wonder if the test was a way of making everyone get up and checkout on time.

OutdatedRoom Not To clean , Heat was Not working the first night & the shower was Not forceful in water also bathroom sink was clogged. The ice room had a Bad Smell also SMH !!

My stay was miserable for the first 3 nights due to the problems with the a/c slash heater unit!

The breakfast was just fair. The location was acceptable as expected. The staff at the front desk was helpful.

The a/c slash heater was set for cooling only and the room was too cold. I had to ask for maintenance to fix was was taken care of same day. However the maintenance left the unit operating with a bad controller that vibrated very loudly the next night and I was unable to sleep. Once again I had to ask for maintenance to repair which was taken care of next day. So two nights of very miserable sleeping conditions and no apologies. This was unacceptable, something I would expect at a one star establishment.

I loved the suite always

I didnt like that the pool and jacuzzi was closed the main purpose of me going to this hotel was because I needed some me time and a break from life the times should be updated when you checked in I could have saved my $300

When we go to Baltimore, mainly to see an Orioles game, we always stay at Homewood on President's St

The breakfast is always perfect here. Comparing it to other properties, this hotel has it way above the rest! WE travel a great deal, and this breakfast makes others quite un-edible! Go Homewood breakfast staff!

All the food was fresh and inviting. The coffee was even wonderful. There was absolutely nothing to complain about as the staff was always there to assist. On yop of that the room itself was great.

Good room but poor view and vending services

8th floor yard thing, and staff

No vending machine worked for me, the one elevator didnt work for us, seen patchwork in the room should have been way better for priceNo destination as to where to go smoke?? I can keep it going but Ill stop
