Just about enjoy Homewood but definitely not as good as it was. Looking to find a New Bath Hotel.

Staff, on the whole, polite and friendly Beds are comfortable Nice setting Food quality is very good

Staff parking in the electric parking spaces, making it awkward having to ask them to move to charge our car as there are only 3 charging points. Emailed to say it was daughter's birthday, but no recognition. Did do a "Happy Birthday" birthday plate on my mum's birthday, so its hit and miss. Room wasn't ready at 3pm so had to leave luggage behind counter. Booked a roast (Christmas Dinner) in the dome for 5 and got one small dish of just 5 small roast potatoes (1 each) to share. When asked where the rest was staff argued that it was the correct amount, even though when we had the same meal for 4 the week before (mums Birthday) we had two dishes of roast potatoes. (3 each) Sounds petty but is 85 pp! Didn't reply to the emails when I asked to book my daughter a room. Emailed twice. They got the email as they had the menu choices correct from the same emails.

Beautiful hotel - brilliant staff!

Beautiful hotel with great attention to detail. What stood out most was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They were all wonderful - as was the breakfast.
